Delivery costs and time

1. The goods are sent to the address indicated in the order form. The store will inform the customer immediately about an incorrectly filled out order form, which prevents the shipment or may delay it.

2. Goods are delivered via specialized courier companies.

3. The order fulfillment time is up to 14 working days, unless a shorter time is given in the description of the product or when placing the order. We define the order fulfillment as the moment from the customer placing the order to the moment the courier company collects the shipment from our central warehouse.

4. Delivery of the Order to the Customer is subject to payment, unless the Sales Agreement provides otherwise. Available forms of delivery of the Order and the costs of delivery of the Order are available to the Customer below in the Price List for costs of delivery of the order. Additionally, the costs of delivery will be indicated at the time of placing the Order.

For orders worth 200.00 PLN or more, we cover shipping costs (order value is calculated without shipping costs). Applies to shipments within Poland.
