We aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible, which is why our fulfillment system is largely automated. For this reason, changing the delivery address after your order has been placed may not be possible.

However, if you notice an error in the address shortly after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible – we’ll do our best to help, provided the package hasn't already been handed over for shipment.

At the moment, we only ship internationally to Germany. However, we're working on expanding our shipping options. If you’d like to receive our teas in another country, feel free to contact us – we’ll do our best to help!

We do our best to process all orders as quickly as possible – usually within 2 business days.

However, the standard order processing time is up to 14 business days, counted from the moment the order is placed until the package is handed over to the courier. If a shorter delivery time applies, you'll see it in the product description or during checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
